Student Selections Registration:  High Schools are very busy with end-of-year testing in May.  All reservations should be in before April 30, 2016.

Dear Club Presidents:
RYLA 2016 may seem in the distant future, but it will be here soon. RYLA depends on you and your club. All of us involved with RYLA and Youth Services appreciate the support of the clubs in District 6910. In order to make commitments for the RYLA agenda, including the total number of students we may accept, it is important that we know your club’s intentions in regard to supporting RYLA, which will take place June 1-4, 2016.

RYLA will again be hosted by Tallulah Falls School and will involve exciting adventures including rafting and ropes courses, with additional emphasis on team building activities and events.

This year the fee will be $450 per student. Thank you to Tallulah Falls School for their continued commitment to the RYLA program and for providing housing, food, transportation, and meeting facilities, all at a fantastic rate.

Your participation is appreciated and your timely response is essential. Please complete the attached commitment form and return it with your non-refundable check.  We need your response as soon as you receive this letter, but no later than March 1, 2016. Reservations and deposits must be made with Tallulah Falls School, the rafting company, the Athens Y-Camp, and with our speakers. These plans cannot be finalized until we have your commitment.

A student registration packet is included with this correspondence.
