Rotary Leadership InstituteRotary Leadership Institute (RLI) -- Join successful leaders from across our Rotary District to expand your Rotary knowledge, enhance your leadership abilities, and exchange ideas with other Rotarians. RLI is for all Rotarians, new and experienced, who are interested in making a positive difference for themselves, their club, their community, and beyond.
Our District is providing two opportunities this fall to experience the benefits of RLI participation, as follows:
Saturday, September 30th, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, RLI Part I (only), at UT Martin Ripley (Ripley Plaza Shopping Center), 315 Washington St, Ripley, TN 38063. Registration Link for Sept 30th RLI
Saturday, October 7th, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, RLI Parts I, II, & III, at Union University, 205 Indian Lake Blvd, Hendersonville, TN 37075. Registration Link for October 7th RLI
Saturday, February 3rd is the first planned RLI opportunity in 2024. Location is to be determined. RLI RESOURCES: These RLI Discussion Guides contain the goals, references, and essential "read-ahead" activities for the Topics in each RLI Part. Doing the Learning Center Courses and other "read-ahead" materials for your desired RLI Part will better prepare you for the interactive small group discussions at RLI. Please download the five-page RLI Guide for your Part and do the "read-ahead" activities before arriving at RLI. RLI-HOA-SE Part-I Guide RLI-HOA-SE Part-II Guide RLI-HOA-SE Part-III Guide

RLI is conducted in three one-day Parts (Parts I, II and III), done sequentially. RLI provides a rewarding opportunity to learn and network with other successful Rotarians. Upon completion of all three RLI Parts, you are considered an "RLI Graduate", and are better prepared to continue your Rotary journey.
