Institute of Certified Public Accountants. LEO had to meet six requirements for this designation: a) Passing a technical exam covering the basic areas of personal financial planning; b) Personal
income tax planning; c) Investment planning; d) Retirement planning; and e) Estate and retirement planning. In addition, LEO completed 250 hours of experience per year for three years.

& C since 1968 and covers high school sports and beat reporter for Purdue football); and Jeff Washburn (with J & C since 1976 and covers high school sports and beat
reporter for Purdue men's basketball). These three plus Jim Stafford, J & C Sports Editor represent 87 years of J & C experience. GARY moderated an interesting Q &
