- Convened the 86th Annual Dinner with the Purdue Varsity Glee Club;
- Introduced PHIL KLINGER who offered the invocation;
- Introduced Rotary International District 6560 District Governor William "Bill" McFadden and spouse, Judy Ford, both members of the Carmel Rotary
Club, and 1999-2000 Past District Governor Jerry Erskine and spouse, Marge Erskine, from Lebanon;
- Noted deceased Rotarians during the year: YB HALL; HAROLD TAYLOR; FOREST HOWELL; BOB HIATT; ARNI COHEN; BOB FIELDS; AND VARRO "TIP" TYLER;

And, then the Glee Club, under the direction of
BRIAN, accompanied by Jay Bailey, Assistant Director, on the piano, made one of the most outstanding presentations that the Editor has witnessed. Darin Thompson was awarded Rotary "Service Above Self" award (engraved
