SUSAN introduced Richard Cosier, Dean of the Krannert School of Business, who invited us to the Krannert Leadership Series on Thursday October 13 at the Purdue Memorial Union. The speaker this year will be Steve Forbes. He also announced that Chief Executive Magazine ranked Krannert School of Business 16th of 25 schools; 5th of public business schools. Defining ethical behavior in business, describing what unethical behavior can lead to and discussing social responsibility in business covered the subject matter today. It was reassuring to learn that the Krannert School of business has several avenues to instill ethics in students. The questions following Dean Cosier's remarks added to a very interesting program. |
