PRESIDENT SUSAN presented the Rotarian of the Year award to JACK
KELLEY, reminding us of his tireless work on obtaining matching grants and
organizing the Russian judges' visit to our area. Because JACK and LETA are
both in Ota, Japan, participating in a trip to our official "sister city," his plaque will
be presented when he returns to Lafayette.
