2015-2016 Annual Goals
PARTICIPATION Increase membership by 100 Increase club participation in youth programs 40 clubs apply for district grants 40 clubs apply for district awards Members contribute $150 per capita to the Annual Program Fund (APF) Actively promote District Conference with a goal of 200 Rotarians attending Identify and promote a Quarterly District Focus with service, program or social emphasis LEADERSHIP Increase participation in Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) with at least 2 members per club participating and achieve RLI annual graduation goal of at least 40 Rotarians. Organize an alumni group of RLI graduates Create a leadership base by more Rotarians becoming involved at the district level Every club develop/maintain a Strategic Plan that supports club direction and member participation ADMINISTRATION Clubs report goals and their progress in Rotary Club Central (RCC) Increase use of the District Website and DaCdb (District and Club data base) Use Grants Module under DaCdb for all grant applications and reporting Issue District Directory by July 1, use Electronic Directory simultaneously Issue monthly newsletter the 1st of each month featuring monthly Rotary theme Increase Rotary visibility by developing a Communications Plan for internal and external use Visit www.rotary.org/brandcenter and apply Rotary’s visual identity guidelines
