The Rotary Club of McLean's Membership Committee identifies opportunities for community members to learn about, and become interested in, membership in Rotary. The Committee meets with prospective members to learn whether the person meets the service and ethical ideals of Rotary and, if so, manages the nomination process. The Committee also conducts an annual satisfaction survey to ensure that the club continues to meet its member needs. The Chair of this committee is Dana Sippel.
