District Speech Competition
The District competition will held on Saturday, March 29, 2014, at Tennessee Tech in Cookeville.
Presentations will begin at
Location is Bruner Hall room 119
Each club must submit the name of its sponsored competitor to the Chair of the Vocational Services Committee by March 21, 2014.

PRIZES:
The goal is to present $4,500 to the top three finishers. The committee will solicit scholarship donations from the clubs on July 1.

Four-Way Speech Competition
Want to have a positive impact on the high school students in your area? Do you want to share the meaning and purpose of Rotary to high school students who many well be future Rotarians?
Instilling the values of the Rotary Four-Way Test into this group of students will have a profound influence on their lives as they enter adulthood. Values formed will shape their lives as they approach their careers and endeavors. What could better influence values of our youth than the Four-Way Test!!!!
Your club should plan on having your conpetition concluded in the first of March. If you have not received your materials or have any questions for the Four-Way Speech Competition please contact Logan Hickman, 423-871-1975 or loganh@pbsouth.com
Once you have received your materials begin contacting your high school sponsors for grades 9-12. Interact Clubs speech teachers, English teachers, and guidance counselors are an excellent source of student participants.
